A great comic artist can tell an entire story in a handful of panels. Could a person’s story be reduced to three images? Could three moments, three symbols or three fragments of a larger narrative capture something meaningful about a life, an experience or an identity?
That question became Storyboard.

I’ve been cutting up images and sticking them back together for most of my life. Two unrelated images can be brought together to create a third meaning that neither possesses on its own.
Love Letters is an exploration of that idea through a collection of smaller, concept-driven tattoos.
